Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie — 2022
Berlin digital — Website & brand design
Berlin is becoming more digital. This initiative needed a website and visual identity to match that ambition — from wireframes through a blockchain microsite and podcast assets, where I designed a big part of that.

Establishing Berlin's digital presence
Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie promotes Berlin as a hub for business and technology. The Berlin digital initiative was tasked with establishing the city's digital identity — communicating to companies, institutions and citizens that Berlin is a leading destination for digital innovation.
The project needed to do this across multiple touchpoints: a primary website, a dedicated blockchain microsite, and supporting podcast assets — all under a coherent visual language.
End-to-end across website and brand
- Website. Conceptualization, wireframing, design refinement and prototype creation.
- Blockchain microsite. A dedicated sub-site covering Berlin's blockchain ecosystem — designed to function independently while staying visually coherent with the main site.
- Podcast assets. Visual branding for the accompanying podcast series — cover artwork, episode templates and social assets.
Confident, open, and built for scale
The visual language needed to feel authoritative without being bureaucratic — reflecting a city that is genuinely forward-looking. A clean typographic grid and a bold primary palette were paired with documentary-style photography to ground the brand in real Berlin.
Live at digital-bb.de
The website launched at digital-bb.de and has continued to serve as the primary digital presence for the initiative.
