DANEB Suite website redesign
01 — Context

A product launch that needed a new home

DANEB Datennetze Berlin is a Berlin-based IT infrastructure and networking company. With the launch of the DANEB Suite — a new product line — the existing website no longer reflected what the company had become. The focus needed to shift away from consulting services toward the product itself, with dedicated subpages and updated copy to match.

02 — Problem

An old structure for a new direction

  • Mismatch. The site's information architecture was built around service offerings rather than the new product — visitors had no clear path to understanding what the DANEB Suite was.
  • Tone. The visual language felt dated relative to the product's ambitions. The relaunch needed to signal a more modern, product-focused company.
  • Scalability. All text had been written as a monolithic block — any update required revisiting everything. A modular structure would allow targeted updates in the future.
03 — Approach

From consulting language to product clarity

The redesign involved conceptual design work through to UI design — arranging and structuring UI elements to make it easy to explore the new website. All accompanying text was revised collaboratively with the client to better reflect the product-first direction.

A modular page architecture was established so that future content additions wouldn't require comprehensive text rewrites across the site.

04 — Design

Structured for exploration

The DANEB Suite received dedicated subpages — one per major feature area — giving visitors a clear mental model of the product before they reached a contact form. Navigation was simplified to reflect the new hierarchy.

The visual design adopted a cleaner, more contemporary aesthetic — moving away from the dense layouts typical of enterprise IT sites toward something more legible and confident.

05 — Outcome

A site that grows with the product

The relaunched website launched alongside the DANEB Suite, giving the product a dedicated digital home that accurately reflected its scope and positioning. The modular content structure has continued to support updates as the suite has evolved.
